“Total Scam and NOT Legit!
I wish I could give NEGATIVE star for this company. Their products are nothing like the images on their website. It's a scam. I wrote to them and to my Barclay credit card company claiming the sales contract (my purchase) was not legit since what they showed the products to be in their website pictures and actual products are totally different. I sent them multiple pictures, too. But Morechoo refused to give me refund, and Barclay declined my claim. I thought credit companies would protect consumers in cases like this which was a total scam. I was disappointed. I learned at least some Chinese would not hesitate to say the color is red when it's white if saying so would benefit them. They don't have shame behaving that way.
The products I received were all made of cheap horrible materials and like some people are saying, "embroidery" clearly seen in the images on their website is actually "printed" on cheap material. Do Not Buy Anything from Morechoo. It's just better to avoid any Chinese companies. They apparently hire a lot of people to write positive reviews, so don't believe in positive reviews.”

“Everything went wrong. over 2 months to deliver. Wrong merchandise as substitutes.. Mittens that were the size of oven mitts, wrong pairs of socks. I am a seasonal retailer. They literally screwed up my selling season. I received 5 more items today, JAN 4, ordered OCT 28. I have had to negotiate with photos back and forth, Im surprised my fingers don't ache. I worked in Fashion and still have a small business. Items didn't sell at Christmas because they didn't come on time..and when I placed the order I made it clear,if you cannot deliver before Nov 30, don't. But they did, one package at a time.”
“Well! I found this company somewhere on the web and liked the look of one item: Morechoo Women's All Season Daily Polyeste Fashion Bag. Priced at £12.99. I ordered it for my wife for Christmas, and waited for delivery. Sadly it did not arrive in time, but, to be fair, they did not promise pre-xmas delivery. Meanwhile, I came across lots of very bad reviews for this Co, and was quite worried. No problem; it arrived today (28 Dec) and is exactly as it looked on the website - maybe not the best quality in the world, but - for £12.99!!!! My wife is delighted. I can't understand all the bad reviews??? Is it a scam by a competitor?? I, for one, am happy and will deal again.”
