“The jacket looks great, beautiful design, good material. 3 stars only because contact with support is terrible. I wrote an email with a question on January 8, and I still haven't received a response. I wrote on Instagram and after a week I got a response telling me to write an email, which didn't help at all because there was no response to the email.
The jacket is awesome, but the customer service is terrible.”
“Mag es eugenisch sehr gerne zu bestellen, aber irgendwie habe ich bei der letzten Bestellung keine mysteries Box für Frauen bekommen, sondern einfach eine schwarze Tasche mit Knochen Hand. Hab das bei der Bestellung nur gesehen das die für ca. 16€ drin war, die mysteries Box jedoch auch. Die habe ich aber nie erhalten, nur die Tasche und ich bezweifle dass die Tasche die mysteries Box war.”
“The quality of clothing is really good and cannot be faulted. However you are not informed at time of purchase, the huge import charge you will face once the item has shipped. I would like to know upfront as the charge was almost 50% of the total already paid.”
