“Please be careful with this Morphy Richards Slow Cooker 3.5 Litre 48709 Brushed Steel (with glass lid). It had only been used on 6 occasions. I was cooking a casserole on low and after 2 hours the slow cooker overheated and the glass lid shattered/exploded. Thankfully nobody was hurt but decent meat and vegetables could not be used (as full of glass). I have taken this up with Morphy Richards and they are not interested in refunding or even apologising. I have since read reviews that this has happened to others too. It’s shocked us that this has happened and also shocked us that Morphy Richards do not care.”
“Very poor product and service. For a small part (Rubber Bush) which may cost 10INR, you will have to buy the whole component (Liquid Jar). Even then, this will take long time as they don’t have good service in time. By the brand and regret later”
