“After having a breakdown, I called to submit an order to have it overnighted to me. After being promised that no problem it'll be on its way you'll get the tracking number soon.
I never received the tracking numbers.. The website says they're open till 7:00 p.m. eastern time, I tried calling several times between 4:00 and 7:00 in the voicemail says they were closed.
I called on Monday and spoke to another customer service rep who said oh no problem they would be shipped out tomorrow and I asked to speak to a supervisor. Again, the parts were not shipped and the supervisor never called. So, I have now canceled the order in order from someone else and vow to never ever deal with Morris 4x4 again.”
“Worst company I have ever ordered from bought 2 things 1 for45$and 1 for900.00 got the 45$ item right away but the 900$ item they are telling me different stories everything I talk to them and it's not easy to get intouch with them.Spend your money elsewhere”
“Non existent customer service. Placed order a week prior, made 2 attempts on chat(disconnected both times without resolution) on several calls with no answer for 10 minutes or more. Don’t order through these guys”
“Never I repeat never use this company ever. This is the worst company I have ever bought from. We ordered a cold air intake and they would not ship it to my address due to "emissions" when there are no emissions laws in my state. We ordered on May 23 and they charged us and took our money. We even got a shipping email. Then like 7 days later we get an email saying we can't ship this due to emissions. The we call 5 yes 5! different times and talk to 5 different people. No one would give us a refund or offer any solutions. I got put on hold by every person and had to hang up after being put on hold for 15-20 minutes. Then when I called to talk to a supervisor I get told I can't unless I give them the order #. I was put on hold again for 27 minutes after being told it would be 5 minutes. No customer service no American workers and no one cares that you just took the money and held it up for weeks before I got it back. No one should have to call and beg for their money back when the company is the one who effed up.”
