Dear Madam, As we already discussed over the phone, no we haven't received your return and it looks like you have accidentally forwarded the parcel to the wrong address. We will be waiting for more news from you once you locate where the parcel been shipped to.

Madam, we did chat about this over the phone, and you agreed you ordered economy service to Lebanon via Royal Mail with final delivery by Liban Post. Your order was posted on 1st December and finally delivered on time on 16th December.

“Excellent quality and service. Sadly unlike previous products i have purchased on line or in the shop when in the area. This jacket did not appear true to size. There are no larger sizes availability in stock either. I will add to be fair it was a sale item. Therefore i understand the stock status.”
