“James was amazing from beginning to end. He provided me with lots of information regarding the mortgages available to me, and answered all of my questions. James and Emma kept me up to date with the process of my application, and even phoned me to congratulate me when I received my mortgage offer. I definitely recommend Mortgage Light!”

“This is our first mortgage and I didn't know exactly what to expect. But it's been made so easy by Mortgage Light and James Deakin in particular has been amazing. Everything has been prompt and I never felt like this was just another commission. I would gladly use Mortgage Light again.”

“As mortgages can be sometimes complex with a previous history under another process being terrible, I can definitely state that it depends on the right mortgage advisor. Someone has to truly go beyond the call of duty and take pride on their work to get the job done. I strongly believe that ““James Deakin””has done that by being on time and informative on his work for me and my wife. Thank you for making it feel easy and shocking us by the speed you done it at.”

“My mortgage broker James Deakin was superb from the get go. Friendly, articulate and put myself and my family at ease immediately. James not only found me an excellent rate on my mortgage, but went above and beyond with helping me find a property also. I will always be grateful to him for his hard work ,dedication, assistance and quality. James is a credit to Mortgage Light and I will be using him in the future whilst recommending his skills to anyone who is looking for a mortgage broker.”

“There are so many good reviews of mortgage light on here that I decided to use them to help me with my mortgage. At first the conversation with Michael was very helpful and he advised what would be needed. Once I got all of the required paperwork over to him (the same day), I waited over a week to hear from him again. I chased to then be told he was still looking at possible lenders. A few days later I chased again to be told he had gone on holiday for 10 days and his colleague informed me that he'd forgotten to tell me information regarding the mortgage in principle. On his return it took him 2 further days to contact me. I have since waited a further week from him to tell me whether the mortgage in principle had been approved. I have complained to his manager (the owner of mortgage light, Siobhan) and she has not returned my calls or responded to my emails. Enough was enough so I contacted a different company and Samantha wheeler managed to get me a mortgage in principle within 5 hours of me contacting her. Genuinely haven't received such poor customer service from a company before and I literally never complain but I'm actually disgusted at how I've been treated my mortgage light.”

Throughout the whole process of gaining a mortgage Jordan was helpful, responsive and straight to the point three really appreciated traits. “My Mortgage advisor was Gary. From the start Gary was brilliant. I went into the office and met with him where he spent plenty of time running through everything in a clear concise manner so I was not left with any questions. Gary was very good at keeping me updated with everything and going over any changes answering all questions I had. I will be recommending Mortgage Light to anyone. From a first time buyers experience I can say I am very very happy.”
