“We’ve just completed our remortgage and worked with James Carr, who we couldn’t recommend enough. From the start, James made everything feel easy and straightforward, taking the time to walk us through all the options clearly and making sure we understood what worked best for us, even with a lot of questions from me! After everything was already in motion to renew, James got back in touch because rates had dropped and worked through this on our behalf to secure a better rate, which we really appreciated. James was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout every interaction we’ve had with him - a real superstar! Thank you again, James!”

“I used to get anxious around the time of needing to rearrange my mortgage, having dealt with a few different companies previously, I always felt it was a stressful experience. Dealing with Natasha and mortgage light was like a breath of fresh air. Natasha always takes the time to listen to what I say and answer my questions. “From start to finish Siobhan and Tammy have been fantastic. In simple words Siobhan could have made explaining everything very complicated but in few words she makes sure you understand and trust me anyone from first time buyers to second time buyers would understand. I live in Manchester and have never seen Siobhan or Tammy but will say it doesn’t matter where you live in the uk they are at help. I would highly recommend Mortgage Light to anyone specifically first time homebuyers.”

“Could not be more pleased and relaxed when it came to the service of Natasha & Tammy. As first time buyers we weren’t really sure what steps were to be taken and so on, but all steps were explained, everything went smoothly and an update was given asap, felt really looked after. Emails and calls were always responded to whether it was in under half an hour, 2 hours or 12 hours (if you emailed late at night) Couldn’t recommend anyone else!!”
