“I placed an order for a gift, never got it on time and after three weeks no longer needed it and was told to contact shipping company myself to track it. Could not return it after sending them 100 emails, NO REPLY on shippng labels yet. I thought it is a known brand but i think these brands SUCK more. Now i wish i had read all these reviews before ordering.”

“It is sales at 60% after I placed the order. It is no price mach contact them. Furthermore, it dosen't ship after 9 days. It cannot cancel or refund. I wonder if I can get the product...”

“DONT BUY FROM MOSCHINO.COM It’s so difficult to get the order and refunds and they charge for deliveries Better stick with Versace and Department Stores that you know and trust because Moschino.com dosent value it’s customers”

“I ordered a bag twice in error, returned one bag, they received it 3 weeks ago but I still not receive the refund. I contacted customer service, they said that they will verify with the warehouse and get back to me , still no news. Very bad experience with Moschino online store.”

“So, I buy a pair of shoes from Moschino in Jan, return the shoes the same month. We're now in April and still no refund. Brexit excuses, ignored emails, disconnected phone calls, flippant staff...the list goes on and still Moschino won't pay me back. Disgusting.”
