“I ordered a custom made suit for a funeral with 4 weeks notice. I was assured it would be ready a week before, with a week allowed for alterations. Needless to say it didn’t arrive in time, but I’ll give them credit for lending me a suit for free. When I did collect the suit it was pretty tight fitting, and the alteration didn’t really satisfy me so I rejected it. They offered me 50% discount and another alteration if I took it, which I eventually did. Not a great experience overall, I’ve now got an ill-fitting suit waiting in my wardrobe for someone to die”
