“ So Motea is quick to take my money but slow to return my emails for a refund for a defective constant centerstand. I haven’t received no email nothing. And I bought a head lift paddock and still nothing e-mail or tracking number. ”

“ Bought engine bars for a KTM1290 Super Adventure, they were the wrong ones for a model year 2024 despite being advertised as for my bike. They wanted loads of photographs then insisted on a refund which meant it cost me the £50 import duty, great…. All they needed to do was send me the correct bars & a returns label, useless…. ”

“ These say quick delivery and then say delivery is going to be 3 months. You then request to cancel and they just ignore your emails and will not refund. Clearly the company has financial problems so avoid at all cost. ”
