Refund - Difficult

At the end after a wait of over a month after I should have received the product got a call from adidas asking whether I have received the product and then they put in for a refund.

I have a refund pending since 3 months and still can't see any progress.

But then the return has not reached their hub and so they are not refunding.

Same robotic response ‘“we will look into this, apologies, can’t refund untill the item is picked up” Since mother care provided sanitary towels tampered and unused condition why is the need to you want to pick it up.

Placed an order. I eventually had to follow up to realize they had no stock of 1 item, out of 3. Few days down the time i get a call to know 2nd item out of 3 is not in stock. And I finally cancel the order. The refund they said will take 14 days. Its 13th day now and they say, units are ready for collection. Look like they are buying time to give the refund.

I ordered 5 items on their website and then they cancelled with notification that the items I bought were not available. How can they sell things online if they can't sell it???? I'm ok with that but they still bill my credit card with refunded to my credit account. I requested for transfer the credit account to my bank account and they will process it within 2 weeks, well it's too long just for refund the money.

They then said the only thing they could do was refund my purchase and that they would arrange for Yodel to pick the pram up.

Appalling customer service and I won't be shopping with Mothercare again. I purchased the Stokke mycarrier - back carrier online, which didn't match the product description or the photos on their website. When I contacted customer service, the representative agreed that the description was misleading but what a surprise, it hasn't been changed since. He never offered an apology and seemed uninterested. He stated that he would send a 'return slip' but this never arrived. I even had to chase them for a refund (twice!), as I hadn't received it in over two weeks!

Was sold a car seat with isofix base. When I went to collect there was no base, I was told the sales assistant made a mistake. I found the same product online with a base cheaper and they refused to price match. Therefore causing a lot of inconvenience and wasted journies to the store. They did refund the amout over the phone so I had my money back to get the same product online and cheaper!

I rang both Yodel and Mothercare and to date I am waiting for a refund.
