“You don't have a telephone number to talk through a complicated issue. I have two cars that you are incorrectly showing as scrapped. I know for a fact they are not scrapped as they are both with me. I have shown proof from my insurance broker that there was a mistake on behalf of my insurance company.”

“Brilliant service quick and easy to use. Fast response times by the support team. Overall only positive things to mention. Could improve on the spec checks as it's not always clear which extras or packs are optional added extras and what the price of those was from brand new. They should be highlighted with a cost and separated from the other general standard build specs that the car comes with. That is the only thing I can think of that could be improved on.”

“Great Service/ Data. Had always used a company that sounded like the FBI before but switched over to MotorCheck around 6 months ago. Far more comprehensive than the FBI and I can actually get hold of a human if we need to query something. Have recommended to a few pals in the trade who have since joined. “Bought a car at auction. Discovered car was registered on the Motorcheck Taxi/Psv database. This info was not held by Hpi. The info was not declared by the largest auction group who do not use motorcheck. Car returned to auction. Motorcheck has saved me a lot of hassle with their service.”

“Eliteautosales.co.uk have been using MotorCheck for over 5 years now. It offers us fantastic value for money with the checks it provides as standard. The site is easy to use on PC or mobile allowing me to use remotely from the dealership.
