“I have been a car dealer for over 20 years and have used other platforms like HPI, Vcheck and Car Vertical. The customer service is absolutely terrible at Cap HPi and I stopped using them recently after 20 years. I enrolled with Car Vertical and on two occasions they failed to pick up Finance markers on vehicles that I checked. Vcheck have always been good but I came across Motorcheck and for what they charge the information is incredible and concise. I am totally reliant on this platform now and won’t consider using any other from now. Keep up the good work”

“Using MotorCheck is a must for dealers salvage checks are so important nowadays with the likes of CoPart re marketing more prevalent, we dodged a bullet recently from buying a salvage car, easy to use, value for money definitely recommend using MotorCheck for peace of mind for you and your customers.”

“Very easy to use. Great information. I would recomend MotorCheck to anyone in the trade Or for any individual buying there own car. MotorCheck has shown pictures of damaged of unrecorded vehicles that i would not of known about using a much more expensive main stream company.”

“having used many resources over the years i have found that this is the only one i have used that brings up condition alerts , that others dont tell you . this is possibly where the car has had major accident however the insurance company hasnt logged it , so as to achieve more money , some are light but some are major , we always check twice one on our free system that comes with the avvertiser , and the other with motorcheck to make sure if it does look like we are proceeding with purchase .”

“I like what Motorcheck do and I like the amount of information they give but customer service is awful. Set a new account up, needed some questions answering and no idea how much it costs per check. Called four times in 5 days to try and speak to someone, can’t put me through to sales, left four messages for sales to call back, still nothing!”

“We got a condition report on a car that was cat S, which the customer knew but had not disclosed. What we also found from the report is that the car had been clocked too, customer did not know about that! The car was written off, 3 months before its first MOT and motorcheck shows pictures of the mileage at 24k miles. Yet just a month later the car had a DVLA inspection and first MOT at just 14k miles! I've not checked but think it unlikely we would have got this info from another company that didn't include the write off pictures and mileage.”
