“MotorCheck make it really easy to query issues that have been flagged on their reports which makes the everyday use of their service so superior. The vast majority of reports are routine, so when a problem arises it needs addressing really quickly as the volume of checks is large. Keep up the good work.”

“I like what Motorcheck do and I like the amount of information they give but customer service is awful. Set a new account up, needed some questions answering and no idea how much it costs per check. Called four times in 5 days to try and speak to someone, can’t put me through to sales, left four messages for sales to call back, still nothing!”

“We got a condition report on a car that was cat S, which the customer knew but had not disclosed. What we also found from the report is that the car had been clocked too, customer did not know about that! The car was written off, 3 months before its first MOT and motorcheck shows pictures of the mileage at 24k miles. Yet just a month later the car had a DVLA inspection and first MOT at just 14k miles! I've not checked but think it unlikely we would have got this info from another company that didn't include the write off pictures and mileage.”
