I left a hefty Deposit of £500 with Ushaw moor car sales . Then found out the Van had an advisory of an oil leak .. I asked the dealer if it had on its last MOT cert. I asked if this had been fixed or resolved . He had no proof of it being fixed ! So I asked him if he could provide me with proof or take the vehicle to a independant garage or Vauxhall to have it checked out before I purchase it . He said no he was not willing to do that as it woukd cost him £150 . So I asked for my deposit back and he will not refund it . So now I am taking legal action etc .... really bad sales . Read all other reviews on this garage not good ......

Whilst it is best practise for Dealers to remove cars once they have been sold, this is something that as an advertising platform is very difficult to monitor as we do not have visibility of transactions and sales. I'm getting no where with the company I bought car off from on here.had the car 10days and it's covered by warranty.the company I bought car from are doing nothing and ghosting me.

Ushaw moor car sales are really bad sellers and shouldn't be advertising on here bad reviews . Be aware of them MOTs mean nothing plus there warranty is a waste of time . Also they keep deposits if you find a problem with the vehicle and no longer want it !!! Be aware

This dealer 36 hours later is still advertising a vehicle for sale! I was en route from Kent to view and potentially purchase the vehicle. Told it was sold the previous day and if that was the case the vehicle has not been removed or updated on the website at least 2 days later?!?!

Easy selection process and filters work well. Though I would say that some of the garages advertising on here are not as honest as they appear. I bought from one place, and after 5 months the car died with "Catastrophic Engine Failure"! They have refused to take any responsibility and say the 6 month warranty doesn't cover it! I won't name the company as I'm trying other legal avenues - but don't hold out much hope!

I bought a van from Ulez compliant car sales Ltd and the gearbox is gon I have a 3 month warranty on it but the man is no not answering the phone 17 plate Nissan nv400

Hi I want my vehicle and my money back I’m within my rights to refuse to proceed with the purchase of this vehicle and within the first 30 days of purchase legally I have the right to return it And nobody is taking my calls They are cowboys
