Bought a car from dealer through Motors as they described the dealer as a trusted seller. The seller is far from trusted. Doesn't honour warranty claims after two days. Having to use small claims to get money back. Had a really stressful time and I informed motors and said I have proof and they've done nothing and he's still allowed to advertise as a trusted seller. This was partly the reason why I went with this dealer.

Had the van for 7 weeks and it broke down. Faulty ECM. It's a write off. I've been trying to get through to them for several weeks and they keep avoiding my concern. I want my money back. What a service!

Dealer sold me a faulty car. Red engine management light on. Drove the car for 5 minutes before having to stop. No email address for dealer. No warranty given as agreed.

Terrible experience with this car dealers . Since 29th November sold damaged car and 🚫 block my line and keeps pushing me back and forth on refund.

Freelander 2 delivered Monday, had major defects, rear diff on the way out, front wheel bearing needs replacing and radio will not work (invalid Vin) am in the process of seeking refund

Sold a car with failed rear differential banging from the rear, alarm goes of all the time and drivers door doesn't lock.Do not buy from this scrap yard!!!!!!!

I left a hefty Deposit of £500 with Ushaw moor car sales . Then found out the Van had an advisory of an oil leak .. I asked the dealer if it had on its last MOT cert. I asked if this had been fixed or resolved . He had no proof of it being fixed ! So I asked him if he could provide me with proof or take the vehicle to a independant garage or Vauxhall to have it checked out before I purchase it . He said no he was not willing to do that as it woukd cost him £150 . So I asked for my deposit back and he will not refund it . So now I am taking legal action etc .... really bad sales . Read all other reviews on this garage not good ......

I'm getting no where with the company I bought car off from on here.had the car 10days and it's covered by warranty.the company I bought car from are doing nothing and ghosting me.

Ushaw moor car sales are really bad sellers and shouldn't be advertising on here bad reviews . Be aware of them MOTs mean nothing plus there warranty is a waste of time . Also they keep deposits if you find a problem with the vehicle and no longer want it !!! Be aware

This dealer 36 hours later is still advertising a vehicle for sale! I was en route from Kent to view and potentially purchase the vehicle. Told it was sold the previous day and if that was the case the vehicle has not been removed or updated on the website at least 2 days later?!?!

Hi Angela, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Whilst it is best practise for Dealers to remove cars once they have been sold, this is something that as an advertising platform is very difficult to monitor as we do not have visibility of transactions and sales. Hi I want my vehicle and my money back I’m within my rights to refuse to proceed with the purchase of this vehicle and within the first 30 days of purchase legally I have the right to return it And nobody is taking my calls They are cowboys

Bought a car from them guy seemed ok at first but when I told him that the car needs £3000 worth of work he told me it was wear and tear and offered me £200. The car had only done 54 miles since purchase. He now won’t return my calls or texts. Avoid these cowboys at all costs
