“Scammers took deposit of my son for his first car had contact on Monday but ignored all calls and messages went today to the address to be met by big gates spoke to someone and they said no car dealers here when I said we have just seen a black car come down the the hill with writing on windscreen obviously car dealers the mn got quite nasty and slammed phone down well police have been informed and fraud department”

“Please please stay away from this business. Do not buy anything from these people. I bought a vehicle from here. Which broke down 2 hours after I had paid 2000 pound cash for to this business. This young man named Abbas is the only person you deal with and seems to be the only solely person running this shambolic business. Abbas said the business electronic banking was not working and to pay cash. A 6 months warranty on a little funny invoice receipt without any kind of real business name on it was given to me on receipt. When I called back to say I'd broken down withe a engine fault and please take this vehicle back and give me my money. I was spoken to In a very rude and abrupt manner and then hung up on by Abbas. Abbas did know I had a six-year-old child with me but did not care and would not help out at all. Left us stranded miles away from home as I was from a different town. They did not honour the warranty or any of my consumer rights to pay me back my money. Also on that note, this is a very dangerous business for anybody to purchase a vehicle off. All of the vehicles come with 12 months mot on them. The car l purchased had twelve months mot, The car had 2 bold tires. With the metal threading showing on the in side of the tyre. How could this have a 12 month mot on it. I have informed all the relative bodies. To contact in these cases and more.I'm hoping this business will be thoroughly investigated. Warning , please do stay well away from this business.”

“Last time I viewed the car, it had quite a few issues, costing around 9k to put right! And the mileage was higher than advertised! So check the passenger head light, day light runner not working, back wing not working, 4 alloys damaged, leather interior a mess, so not good!”

“Got took for a ride paid deposit for vehicle at hm motors and I have never seen the vehicle or had my deposit refunded and Hm Motors of Castleford are nothing but parasites who rip people off so anyone reading this stay well clear the them”

“I had the worst experience with these 2 guys, just lie, you can never get a hold of them even though they are open till 9pm. Please don't give yourself the hassle I have just had getting my car delivered. They said very clean car lol I've never seen so many scratches and it's a 2017 plate. The drivers visor mirror is held closed with blue tac, the parcel shelf is just dangling as no bits to clip it into. The tyres are bald as an eagle. I need to pay loads more now to get it road worthy. These guys are con artists stay well away. I got mixed up with them and The Trade Centre in Birmingham. Never again.”

“JLC Ashington sold me an unworthy road car paid £1900 cash was told i had 1 months warranty car was filthy inside and out would not give the money back told me that’s why it was that price but unlucky for him i was recording the transaction and it has been given to trading standards also have informed hmrc about them not declaring cash sales”

“Hi to all This review is about the Stirchley Trade Centre. Don't buy any car from them! I have bought a car that leaked oil from the engine after 1 month and a half of buying it. Haven't received the car fixed nor a refund, just how I asked in a formal complaint. There's no customer care! No response to emails or phone calls. I'm about to take legal action against them. They shouldn't be on business! Don't go there!”

“I've purchased a car from the Stirchley Trade Centre last April. Four days after I have bought it showed the engine light on the dashboard. The fault hasn't been repaired and some weeks later the car leaked oil from the engine. I have returned the car and requested a refund. So far, I haven't received a refund and the car hasn't been returned with the fault repaired. The service received has been poor. I don't recommend at all this garage.”

“Travelling all the way to velocity motors from Liverpool. To buy a Mercedes E250 CDI in white. Had my deposit. Part ex was accepted. Then no finance. But phone conversation the guy said oh yes come and visit. And web site suggest finance at £1000 deposit. £73 per month. Not very happy.”

“Autoline, Birmingham are completely useless. Emailed 3 separate times, and didn't receive a single reply. Upon looking around internet, think they may be dodgy as asked for a walkaround video for a car I wouldn't be able to see and they clearly don't want to provide one. A few people have flagged them for selling unroadworthy cars.”

“The owner turned up with my car with a broken rear light...I promised to return to fix it next week. A week later and guess what my car still has a broken light . I'm sick of trusting people and being let down. As a pensioner I work hard for my money...I'm now out of pocket another £100 because I trusted a person. Be careful buying from this person.”
