After receiving a discount earlier this year for an iPhone 15 Pro, I returned in October for a full replacement and new device protection. The prices were too high, and customer service refused any discount. The representative was rude, and my complaint was ignored, with no follow-up after 10 days. I'm very dissatisfied and will no longer recommend this service.”
