“This company is absolutely horrific and I was shocked to have been treated in such a way. They charged me a small fortune, broke numerous of my items and also lost two boxes. No effort was made on their end to rectify the situation. In addition to this, you will never ever get the owner himself/herself to call you directly - instead he has his unprofessional employees do so. There are tons of great mover in NYC, use them instead to ensure your belongings are safe and you will be treated with respect/kindness.”
“At short notice Movers Not Shakers gave us 2 men to remove a Luton van full of our goods from our flat. The 70+ boxes were heavy and required being taken up and down stairs. They then expertly packed the van. All done in 3.5 hours. Lovely guys who worked so hard with good humour. Would recommend.”
