“We've been ordering since 2012. Most of the time it's been great. We have had a few mishaps where we have gotten the wrong DVD's. But this last time really took the cake. We ordered Columbo 11 movie collection. We never had to clean the brand new DVD's before. It had a gob of grease on the first DVD. The others had grease smeared by the small Ring area.”
