I bought a pair of shoes from Mozimo exactly a week ago and they sent me an email a few days later saying that the shoes were being despatched by Royal Mail and gave me the tracking number. That was on Monday and it is now Friday and every day when I go onto the Royal Mail website I get the message that they have been notified that the item is being shipped and that the next scan will appear when they receive the item. No sign of them having been given to Royal Mail yet so that's why I'm giving them a poor review!

Hi, once the items have left our distribution centre it then becomes a Royal Mail service. Thank you for your feedback as it helps us to improve our future services.

Still don't know if the item has been sent yet! According to Royal Mail tracking they have been notified that the item is to be sent but have not received it from Mozimo to allow delivery, most items I order online are usually here within 4-5 days!

I have completed my order & paid for the goods - a few days later I received an email to state that the shoes are currently out of stock - there was no mention of this when I ordered - I have replied to the email as I have bought the shoes for my holiday in 10 days time - i have asked for an expected delivery date but had no reply

I ordered some shoes supposedly in stock 7 August and haven't been advised of despatch as yet on 11 August. How long does it take?!? Clearly POOR.

I recently received my order, but you need to be honest about the delivery time. The item arrived 6 days later that predicted. If I had know that the item was coming from China, I may not have ordered them in the first instance.

I'm sorry to have to put poor but since I placed my order on Monday I have not heard whether or not you have the shoes in stock or when I am likely to receive them. Would appreciate an update ???

This is the first time I have used your company, I am disappointed that I have had to chase you to find out when my order will be delivered. I was told on the telephone that my item was not in stock and being sent from a shop. I think as you took immediate payment from my account the very least you could have done was update me on my order. Disappointing compared to other online companies I use
