Not impressed - 2012 stock (i.e. 3 years old) and already starting to pull apart at seams (after 2 weeks). Leather sections are cracking. Cheap but nasty

My order was not fulfilled due to quality problems on the product. I am still awaiting a refund.

Hi Mrs. Ward, Thanks for your comments, according to our system you were refunded last week (4th Sept) and within our standard terms and conditions, it usually takes between 3-5 working days, dependent on your bank, for payment to clear. The bag you purchased failed our stringent QC checks, as the stitching on it had come undone, and has been returned to the supplier. I placed my first order a few weeks ago. I really liked the shoes and was impressed with the quick service. Imagine my huge disappointment when I opened my parcel and the shoes were very much different colours. I would have thought that this should be checked before dispatched. Not only did I feel disgusted but not a good first experience with your company. :-(

We are sorry there was a fault with the shoes you received. We have received them back via our free returns service and refunded in full, the shoes will go back to the supplier so they are aware of the issue. Once again our apologies for the inconvenience.

I had to try these shoes before committing and it said to use the pre paid returns label but when I opened the box the ore paid returns label had already been removed. So I had to pay I'd appreciate that return postage refunded ideally. Thank you

Perhaps not the best time to send me this email, As the review is not good, I have just received another credit card statement, and still no credit, I spoke to Sophie on the 12 of June , and she assured me it would be sorted. I am very apprehensive, as I ordered another two pairs of shoes and have kept one pair, I wonder when will I get my credit for this return. I sent the returns via the post this time, thinking that the previous time I took them back to the shop, I thought this was where perhaps the mix up was.

Hi Ann, our apologies for the inconvenience. As you said, we think the confusion with the first pair was caused by them coming over from the shop. We received the postal pair fine and refund has already been processed. After speaking to you I can confirm the pair returned to the shop has now also been refunded. Once again our apologies for the inconvenience.

Very slow at giving credit when items are returned. I returned shoes 13 days ago and still not confirmation of receiving items. This is not the first time that I have had problems, but it will be the last.

I have brought my favourite peter Kaiser shoes from you before however this time to actually get shoes to Australia I have had to get them sent to my daughter in the Uk and ship them myself . Your website would not accept Australia as a destination and despite numerous emails the problem remained , NOT GOOD . It was a Pity that the reply I did get was it was working at your end . I can assure you it wasnt working at mine

Not at all happy with the service. Ordered shoes shown on the website and paid for them so presumably they were in stock. Waited a few days and heard nothing. Contacted them to find out when I could expect delivery, only to be told there were "issues" which meant the shoes couldn't be dispatched. Reading between the lines I think they never had them in the first place and were happy to hold on to my money until I contacted them. Won't be shopping with them again.

Ordered shoes to wear to a function. Had to chase order only to be told Mozimo were trying to locate a pair for me. Have requested a refund if shoes can't be delivered on time. So far no reply from Mozimo. Very unhappy customer. My main complaint is the lack of communication.

I did not actually receive my order as the shoes were out of stock even though they were still being advertised on your website! However, on a positive note, my money was refunded very quickly and I was sent an email apologising for this.

ordered on 8th September, on the 13th September I had to ring to find out where my order was. Lauren the person I spoke with was very helpful and advised she would investigate and either call me or send me a e-mail. I received an e-mail on the same day saying there was a problem with my order and did I want somethng else. Not happy as I wouldn't have ordered the goods if I wanted something else.

The only thing I can review is the service from Royal Mail as it is now Tuesday 27th @ 8am and I still have not received my order. Maybe it is down to bank holiday but perhaps change to DHL who are very efficient. for delivery I score 2

I haven't received my purchase yet but funds went out from my account a few days ago. I rang up to make enquiries about delivery and was promised an email to update me but it never arrived. Disappointing! Now leaves me with a problem because I now may not be able to receive my goods due to being away.
