I got the viewing with this company with representative Hannah. Property in South Ockendon. During the viewing I confirmed that I will rent this property, it is fully satisfied us. On Monday at 15:00 LT Hannah called me and accept offer. I spoke to her that I need confirmation by e-mail and inform previous landlord the date of termination of contract and ask when is better for their landlord to move in. Simply remain small details which intake 30-40 minutes to negotiate. I terminate the contract with previous landlord because this letting agent confirmed me this property. Call Hannah after 30 minutes, about 15:30 , nobody replied in their office. Then he sent me the message that landlord choose another tenant. Absolutely not reliable and acting dishonestly, not fair, irresponsible including this landlord. Probably tenant need to additional information and at least get confirmation officially by e-mail? I don't recommend this company for further business. We are from Ukraine and we don't have such lawlessness like here. Absolutely negative and not reliable company. Waste my time and money for fuel.

Rented a property from M & P Estates and one of the worst experiences living in a property. Their contractors would always leave jobs half done or to a very poor standard. False promises from the owner Paul saying it will be sorted then ignores you. Sarah the lettings manager is so rude as she doesn’t like to admit liability for their poor service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and we are sorry to hear that you felt that we failed you as a customer over the ten years that you were a tenant in a property that we managed on behalf of your landlord As you know, we work under the client's instruction, your landlord and whilst some things have gone wrong in the property over your ten-year stay, we have constantly tried our utmost to get the repairs carried out. Personally, I can only apologise if you feel that I have ignored you. However, I believe that over the ten years, I have returned your calls, emails and visited the property by myself and with your landlord. As you have now moved into your own home, I would like to wish you and your family all the best for the future. I am also happy to address any issues you have, so please get in touch with me on the number that you have had for me for the duration of your tenancy
