“I was looking for an unlined parka, which had been sold out. and as Mr and Mrs Italy parkas are usually fur lined, with different colours, I emailed to see if they could source my size. I was offered one, with a further 20% reduction. It arrived, but didn't fit so l returned it (to Italy.) My refund was issued very quickly. This company is first class, the quality and packaging was exquisite, including a suit carrier, wooden coat hanger and generous tissue paper”
