“5 stars for plant quality but zero for customer service so 2 stars overall. I ordered some plants on 10th April. The confirmation email I received stated the plants would be dispatched on 18th April. Come 2nd May when they still hadn’t arrived I, as instructed by their website, put my name and order number into their online order tracking facility. This came back as there being no record of my order. I then telephoned the company to be told (I summarise and paraphrase) that I’m basically being impatient and there is no need to phone as the order will arrive in due course. Sorry but you were the ones who said the plants would be dispatched on the !8th. If you don’t mean that. Don’t say it. As it was, a message popped up the minute I put the phone down saying my plants we’re on their way. Coincidence? Or was it that I’d been forgotten and phoning jogged their memory? I didn’t appreciate being basically told not to bother them after waiting more than 3 weeks from the date of my order and two weeks AFTER they said they’d be sent before contacting them. How long was I supposed to wait? Forever, according to the woman I spoke to as there was “no need to phone because if we’ve received an order it will be sent in due course”.However, my feeling is if I hadn’t phoned I’d still be waiting now. Anyway, I shan’t be bothering them again as I shan’t be ordering from them again. Ever!”
