“My order was dispatched in two parcels, the first part came within a few days of ordering but the second part did not arrive. After 10 days I contacted Mr.Pets, explained what happened and a replacement was sent out immediately. Faultless service 10 out of 10.”

“Dear Mr Pets, I was very pleased that you were able to respond to my e-mail request to deliver to my neighbour as I would not be able to take delivery. I also found your product excellent value and while I don't have a pet I have seemingly imported a pet pest into my home. It happens and your site and service are to be recommended for the great products that you sell at most affordable prices with ability to respond to requests very quickly.
