“A fast efficient service. I have ordered products from Mr Pets a number of times and with one exception have received them within the 5 working days quoted on their website. On the one occasion when my order went missing the staff in the Customer Services department were very helpful and my order was replaced immediately. I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.”

“The items I bought were much cheaper than if I'd bought them from the vets, and free delivery was a bonus. Must remember though to order in good time when I need more, as the items took more than a week to arrive.”
