Dissatisfied customer service, I went to Mr price at V&A to fetch my laybye at 14:40 and the polite gentleman Wonder advised me he will let me know as soon as he found it, I waited up until 17:02 by the time I final got my clothes offwhich is not the same clothes as in laybay and I had to exchange the items because of the size.

Bad customer service. Take forever to answer their customer care line. If they answer they will say they are transferring you to someone to help you with your problem, then play a song until you drop the call. If you don’t drop, they will just say they can’t hear you, the hung up.

First of all, I have absolutely no complaints about the store itself — the staff were friendly, the service was great, everything was fine.

I received my order after 2 full months .they never bothered to communicate with me.Everytime I call they would hang up and ignore my emails.i have received the worst service ever!

Never ordering online again, I ordered an outfit that I am supposed to wear tonight and it hasn't arrived yet. Seven days have passed and it's the eighth day. Expected delivery date was yesterday. I'm so disappointed with your delivery service

If I could I would rate Mr price Vosloorus a 0 star because of its absolutely horrible customer service that the staff offers to us customers.

I ordered online on the 10 September 2024 it is now 1 October 2024, I still have not received my order. All Mr price says is they will expidite my order. They don't say when I will get my order. There is no communication from them. I have to keep calling to find out. Bad service. Never buying from them again.

I request that the order be cancelled, and I be refunded, they cannot do that???? This is terrible experience and after service is not there, only thing I can say is never ever do a purchase online.

I purchased my order on the 2 months ago haven't received anything yet nor my status order was supposed to receive it on the 5th of September but I haven't I tried calling the customer service and also the whatsapp chat but no answer
