Fantastic customer service, and a quick turnaround for the product. Dyaln was really helpful in the decision making process and following up. I have the metal bottles and they look great - really premium - and having used one for a couple of weeks they do meet all the claims. I also like the eco-friendly elements and the tree planting especially.

We were delighted with our eco-friendly reusable coffee cups. They looked fantastic and the customer service we received was excellent - which made the whole ordering process very easy from start to finish. We also really appreciated being able to find out detailed sustainability credentials for the product, which was a key driving factor in the supplier we chose to use.
