“M Thomas Water Services Limited attended my property in Tonypandy on 7th May 2024 at the request of Welsh Water to investigate a leak in the alley way behind my property. On closer inspection my garden was bone dry but they continued digging at the boundary of my property anyway. M Thomas Water Services Limited stayed at my property for 7 or so hours and needlessly created hundreds of bags of rubbish and left it in my garden. M Thomas Water Services Limited completely destroyed my garden and even brought rubbish from the alley way into my garden. I asked them as they were leaving if they would take the rubbish they created away and got a firm no. Not impressed at all. I would not recommend M Thomas Water Services Limited.”
