I can see here on our system that you ordered for a Mercedes, we haven't had any email conversation with you and would like to have this put right, we would like to offer a chance for you to come down to our factory where we will either re-fit the bootliner to ensure the pattern is incorrect or make you a new bootliner free of charge!
I will also get one of our members of staff to give you a call to go through this with you.

“Recently bought a padded boot liner and tailored rubber mats for my Lexus Nx.
Beautifully made and fit perfectly.
Thought that maybe they were a little expensive, but now I have had them in the car for a month or so I am very pleased, and people who view are very complementary.
The fact that I had them trimmed in a colour very close to the bright blue of the bodywork makes it look very attractive.
Oh, and the dog loves her new boot space!

“After being very impressed with the quality, fit and finish of a fully tailored boot liner from MTO for my BMW iX3 earlier this year I wanted one to fit into a new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk 4XE. Unfortunately being a new model they didn't have the template so asked if I could take the car to them to measure up etc. As I live 135 miles away this wasn't straightforward but I was keen to use their services again so travelled up the evening prior and stayed in a hotel overnight. Having done that I will say it was well worth the extra time and effort, firstly to meet the staff who were all very welcoming and helpful and secondly to see a great British company making quality products here in the UK. The fit and finish of the boot liner is literally first class, showing great attention to detail around shapes and features of the boot area, I couldn't be happier. Overall a great product made by skillful crafts men and women, highly recommended.”
