I can see here on our system that you ordered for a Mercedes, we haven't had any email conversation with you and would like to have this put right, we would like to offer a chance for you to come down to our factory where we will either re-fit the bootliner to ensure the pattern is incorrect or make you a new bootliner free of charge!
I will also get one of our members of staff to give you a call to go through this with you.
