“Mubarak London has been my go-to source for a Muslim friend's birthday presents for, I think, three years in a row. Since my friend is literally the "man who has everything," the gifts offered by ML always suit the bill for someone like myself (an American in the U.S.), who is not particularly well versed in all religious customs but still wishes to let my friend know he is remembered on his special day.”

“It took 8 days for the parcel to be dispatched and another day for delivery. The price was quite high for what was included. Overall, not sure it's good value for money.”

Many thanks for the taking the time to review. We have looked into your order and can see you placed this on 22nd Jan (wednesday) late in the afternoon with free standard delivery. The free standard delivery service is 3- 5 working days so we do apologise for the delay as it should have been delivered no later than Wednesday 29th (yours was delivered on 31st) Unfortunately sometimes there are mishaps at the delivery depot which we cannot control so once again we are so you experienced this delay. In regards to the hamper - it is a bestselling hamper and we've never had a complaint about this and we can also see you applied a 10% discount on the order so would be keen to understand why you felt this was not worth it and how you think we could better it? “Good afternoon, I purchased two bags of chocolate-coated orange peel. These were absolutely delicious. I would order more but the delivery fee is quite expensive. Do you have a shop in London? Can I find them in town? I really enjoyed them. Quality was excellent, and lovely simple packaging. Well done! I'm a fan!”

“Ordered from them a few times, and they have never failed to deliver good quality hampers. They are usually gifts for others so I can’t comment on all the items I have bought, but the recipients have always seemed to thoroughly enjoy their hampers. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you want to get the perfect gift for someone.”

“I would highly recomment Mubarak London following my recent purchase of two hampers. Ultimately my delivery was slightly delayed but I could see from the tracking app that this was entirely due to their carrier, DPD. The customer service I received from Mubarak London was exceptional and the presentation and quality of the hampers was briliant. Would not heistate to order again from Mubarak London.”

Salaam Rabia, We are shocked that you have given us a 2 star review? We think this is very unreasonable...not only have we had an Eid cut off date on our website for over 1 month and all our social media platforms...all our delivery date commitments are clearly on the website. you gave us 2 stars despite not paying for nominate day delivery and us delivering your hamper on the date you wanted it to be delivered so we are confused as to how this constitutes for a 2 star review? We have also been in communication with yourself whenever you asked a question and responded swiftly. No delay to your order, no poor communication and we are pretty sure your recipient loved their gift too and hence you gave us a 2 star review.... How sad of a situation that our own community are so harsh on us and then you have non muslims who praising us...

Hi Alan - many thanks for taking the time to feedback! We can see we fulfilled the order and delivered it within 3-5 working days which is standard delivery for the option you selected. Parcels can get delivered quicker than this sometimes if it isn't a busy xmas period for example but at the moment standard delivery times can take up to 5 working days. “Ordered the blessings Keyring for a friend. The finish was much rougher than I expected. Also the letters weren’t in a straight line!!! Was a little disappointed if I’m honest but she will love it. I have been asked to revise this review now that the issue has been sorted. Has it? How? Nobody has contacted me but asked to go revise the review only. Which I’m not going to do. It is an honest review.”

Each product is slightly different and none will be completely straight i'm afraid as they are not made on a machine - this is the charm of a handmade product and all in the UK too!
