I would highly recomment Mubarak London following my recent purchase of two hampers. Ultimately my delivery was slightly delayed but I could see from the tracking app that this was entirely due to their carrier, DPD. The customer service I received from Mubarak London was exceptional and the presentation and quality of the hampers was briliant. Would not heistate to order again from Mubarak London.

As always, really happy with the product and customer service. On the day the hamper was due to be delivered, I received an email saying that the package had gone missing at the delivery company. Mubarak emailed to apologies, told me the new delivery date and even added a couple of extra items for me as by way of an apology. I believe you can always tell how great a company is, by how they deal with things that do not go to plan.
