I bought $141 worth of substrate, and insurance. What they sent wasn't that. I talked with customer service and they charged me for shipping for a replacement then never shipped that. I can't believe they would do this. I liked this company now I say stay far away.

Purchased substrate. Was never shipped. No one answers the customer service number. Email has been shut down. The website has disappeared. I think someone took the money and run.

Bag seemed ok but how-to guide skipped many steps and the info in the videos differed from the info in the booklet provided. Also reached out to support for an issue and never heard back. I’ll be making future purchases elsewhere. EDIT: tried this company again and they sent me 4 bags that almost instantly molded and one even dry-rotted and split open. Possible scam avoid at all costs.

I've reached out twice and received no response. I was hoping to avoid a negative review. I ordered 3 bags of sterilized grain. 2 filter patches were discolored and eventually contaminated. I was hoping for far better customer service, but they simply haven't responded at all. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service stinks. I’ve been trying to return a bag because I accidentally sliced it open when opening the box. I’ve sent emails and pictures to customer service and haven’t heard back. I will not be buying any more bags through this store

Horrible customer support!! I realized immediately (within minutes) after placing my order that my old address was still listed as the shipping address and notified via email and text what had happened, and never got a reply. That was like a month ago and still haven’t received a reply from Mushroom Supplies even after multiple emails to them.

While I give the product 5 stars judging from past use, my current order was placed on 11/28. Today is 12/9 and a tracking number was generated 5 days ago that still has zero tracking data. What is going on MS?

Don’t waste your money, of the 5 bags I’ve purchased from them only one has NOT molded. The other 4 produced mold shortly after inoculation. I use reliable spores and follow the inoculation instructions exactly. Have not had this problem with other brands

Item hasn’t arrived yet, but the vendor keeps asking for my opinion. Maybe you should wait for the product to arrive, and then wait for the consumer to use the product before spamming their inbox. Be better.

I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and the tracking only shows preshipment. How can I give compliments when the order I paid for hasn’t even shipped yet. Yall offer $40 plus shipping options unless your order “enough” to get free shipping. So you give me your opinion of my order.

For the fourth time one of the vials of the micro balloon was cracked and leaked. Are you going to replace it holding up everything waiting for the replacement

I gotta say I was pleased with my first order and my second, despite being OVER packaged with an abundance of plastic and bubble wrap. Annoyingly over packaged. The problem arose with my third order. Simple enough problem; I was shorted by one bag of grain. Not a huge thing, just human error. However, when I emailed and asked for assistance the first thing I got was an automated email. Ok. Irritating but okay. I replied and a human responded (I think) and instead of just sending another bag of grain they want me to make a claim with the post office for a lost box. It’s not a lost box. I got the box, the order was incomplete. I don’t feel submitting a false claim with the postal service is the honest way to resolve their failure. I’m really irritated because there is no phone number to call, only emails that they can ignore. And they have been ignoring me for a week now. So, basically their products are adequate but their customer service and support sucks. Lisa E

I had to replace my 4 Plus bags with regular bags because the Plus bags got mold in the first flush.. in all 4 of the bags and only yielded a few small shrooms … Very disappointed with the Plus bags!!

If no stars was possible, I would give Zero. I ordered 3 packs of 3 and only received 1 pack of 3. I have been trying to resolve this for nearly 2 weeks

Came with patches of black mold or mildew on FAE FILTER. Afraid to use. That black mold may contaminate my new batch of mycelium
