“I am absolutely disgusted with Muso's corner. Sure you purchase a drum kit and accessories for over $1200 and they are your best friend. But when you take something to get repaired, and you try to call. They do not answer your voicemails you leave, they dont reply to emails, and never follow up. I have one email back stating they have no record of me leaving my son's $200 brand new headphones there to get repaired. Its now 8 Weeks later..... hundreds of calls, multiple voicemails, multiple emails, and you get nothing. WORST absolute WORST customer service i have ever experienced my entire life. Take your service elsewhere because this is an absolute joke.”

“Have spent over $7000 with this company after buying 1 particular guitar got home to discover damage on headstock. Spoke with staff who are all amazing at their jobs who put me onto the manager who refused to accept that the damage was done from their end wouldn't accept a return or even compensation for the item stating that "it's your guitar now" offered photos to show item was damaged during transit still refused. This manager was rude argumentative and unhelpful. Buyers beware.”
