Am dorit sa achizitionez o cutie de transport pentru scuter, si am primit de fapt o decoratiune de aplicat pe cutie de scuter. Practic, prezentarea din poze era inselatoare iar explicatiile intr-o limba romana aproximativa. Am facut o solicitare de retur si m-au pus sa achit 200 lei, taxa de retur, in conditiile in care produsul a costat 180 lei. Asta este, m-am ars, am pierdut 180 lei.... dar am sa le fac reclama ori de cate ori am ocazia.... In mail mi-au zis ca ei nu au nicio vina... :)

Worst experience ever !!! Totally unreliable courier service, untrustworthy delivery estimate dates, and more importantly unacceptable and unresponsive service !!!! Day 0: I ordered a SUP Paddle Board on Mon10th of July with estimated delivery date on site Fri 14th, i.e., just four (4) days later (which I thought I'll be able to enjoy during my vacations). Day 9: After waiting for 9 days without receiving ANY notification from Muziker or the courier service (DPD), I contacted them through both chat and email trying to figure out what is going on and at least get the shipment number of my order and the current location of my shipment... At the same time, I informed them that I had already made arrangements for my vacations and I needed to change the delivery address to a different town ~ 1 hour away. Day 11: After two more days, they were able to contact the courier service and they sent me a shipment number telling me that the courier company will contact me about the delivery. It neither contacted me nor sent me any notification.. and the phone line of the -totally unknown- courier company was always busy. Day 15: After several emails without any response, and only when I asked for a refund, I received a response from Muziker (on the 15th of July) asking me to file a "Claim" so that they can investigate my delivery!! I did so, again asking either to resend my order using a fast reliable service (e.g., DHL) or to proceed with a full refund. Day 16: Instead of doing any of these, they sent me a response mentioning that "they will inform me as soon as they receive new information. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 30 days from the date of registration of the claim form." !!! To be continued.... Long story short... I would never recommend MUZIKER to someone.. Read carefully the (negative) reviews (which I hadn't done)...

They the best prices I found for musical instruments and accessories. Their customer service replies really fast (also live chat).
