We bought a Elsa light up Toy for our Daughter for a Christmas present. When my partner opened it to try it out before wrapping it The Toy didn’t even work!. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE to ANYONE as all their PRODUCTS ARE NOT CHECKED CORRECTLY BEFORE SHIPPED. Also they take the MICK by asking for us (CUSTOMERS) to pay the return fee wether the item is the wrong thing or they have sent it out DAMAGED. I highly recommend this COMPANY GETS SHUT DOWN.”
“If I could give zero stars I would but I had to give 1 to write this review! This company is a joke, I ordered a princess doll for my daughter and when it came not only was it the wrong one but it didn't work AT ALL! I asked for a refund and that I will return it only to be told I would have to pay EVEN MORE to send it back because they dont cover returns! When I told them the item I brought was alot of money and I probably wouldn't be able to pay for the return as well, they told me they could give me 50% of my money back and I could keep the item, What would we do with a toy that doesn't work!! They have to make profit from orders somehow even if they dont work so they scam you out of more money to send it back! Please dont buy from this site, you will be very disappointed and stressed out over it just like me and my family! Dont recommend AT ALL.”
“I ordered two toy dinosaur transformers for my grand children for Xmas. It said they were random colours so had expected to receive two different. Both were blue. The packaging was damaged bad enough not to be able to give as a gift. I sent 3 messages before I finally got a reply apologising and offer a 50% refund. I accepted 8 days ago and keep chasing them for a response but the e mail given rejects each time and so I have sent a reply 3 times now via their main website. Still no reply. I'm not impressed. These toys weren't cheap £39.98 for two. Wouldn't recommend at all.”
