“Excellent service. Was a few hours away from buying a beautiful car only to find through mycarcheck that it had been a catergory D Insurance write off in Dec 2013 which the seller omitted to mention. Found another car and downloaded the report which showed the car was fine but the tax had not been paid since Jan I spoke to the call centre who reassured me it was normal practice for car dealers to do this as they run on trade plates.”

“Although much of the information is available free there are a number of crucial things which are not. I had a query regarding the change of number plates so phoned the help line , the call was answered promptly and all of my queries were answered professionally . Well worth it, I more than made the fee back by negotiating the price of the car as a result of the information. Thanks”
