“I congratulate " My Car Check" on the speed with which they solved my problem. Their professional approach was excellent. I had occasion to phone Customer Service and again I was met with courtesy and efficiency. Without hesitation I can recommend them for the service they provide. As for cost I believe that to me their advice was worth every penny.”

“The service has been good but is expensive. I was disappointed recently as a check failed to come through due to a server error or similar. I was emailed the information when I called to complain by which time I was already on a train to buy the car. Staff member was excellent on the phone however.”

“I needed to do a car check for the finance position of a car I was buying privately. When I got the report it showed finance still outstanding. I rang and the kind fellow rang the finance company and I soon received a new report at no extra cost. Thank you for your help. Hi, the check displayed will show all the data supplied at the product level you chose. If you choose to buy a "Classic" check, we advise that there will be information missing which will be available on the "Gold" check. The different amounts of information on each product level is clearly stated before you purchase. Thanks.
