“Very good level of information for buying an older vehicle to see and fully understand the history rather than relying solely on the seller. Beware of the Platinum option as on the vehicle I was enquiring about no extra information was available for the additional premium paid. Therefore I will be contacting customer services for a refund down to the Gold package!”

“Very happy with the service provided, very detailed report, the vehicle came back as having finance outstanding but the owner had informed me he had paid it, rang customer services and they was very helpful and phoned the finance company to check whether it was clear and it hadn't. I was told by them to contact the seller to get it cleared, he eventually did clear it, I rang customer services again and they again rang the finance company, this time the finance was now clear and was safe to go ahead. Very good service indeed”

“The report was in depth and has helped me understand the background and history of the vehicle I am buying. Having been notified that there was outstanding finance on the vehicle by this check, I approached the garage and they confirmed inside 24hrs that this was incorrect and that they would be supplying an HPI Cert with the vehicle as proof. So I question where the financial information comes from but on this occasion it was not accurate. However, at the time the garage were not 100% sure and only found out by carrying out their own check. So the check was well worth the money paid. I now know that the car is original and a safe purchase.”

“Well....What can I say.......When I read the Epistle to the Apostles! (MOT reports/info)........er, the milage and the consistent MOT failures filled me with horror! All I can say is these 'my carcheck.com's' are a godsend, no way am I going to invest in that heap of internal combustion engine junk! Huge thanks to you dudes!”

“Great service usually, but I was disappointed that the mileage was not included as this is the main reason I purchase the check on the car im looking at buying. Overall, it was still good, but im a bit dissatisfied.”
