Good afternoon, Thanks for your email. I had a look at the details held for vehicle HA52NAZ, Bmw 530d M Sport Auto, and regarding the finance record, we have received a deletion for this record but the VIN was missing when the update was sent from the finance company so it has not automatically updated. I have removed this record from the database and will update your report shortly and email this to you again. I did also notice a slight discrepancy with the mileage but this is just due to the way it is recorded as opposed to an issue with the actually mileage on the vehicle:- 39,867 miles recorded on 22 May 2015 ( Mot Data , Vehicle Information Library ) • 40,000 miles recorded on 17 Apr 2015 ( DVLA , Voluntary V5 slip submission ) So the V5 was sent to DVLA by the owner and they always round the mileage written of the V5's so have rounded this up to 40,000 miles. Then the following month the vehicle was MOT'd and the exact mileage was recorded of 39,867 miles which is slightly less than the rounded figure DVLA sent the month before.
