“I purchased a second check on a different car i was considering, but it popped up as stolen 6 years ago. What would have helped is info if it had been recovered and the next step.”

“The check came back as the vehicle having outstanding finance, which when I rang up and it was checked was not the case. I'm not sure why I should be charged for a service that isn't accurate - it was fortunate that I checked with the seller, who used another car check service which said that the vehicle was OK and there were no issues, that I bothered to call you; the person I spoke to, who was very pleasant and helpful, called the finance company while I was on the line and came back to say that the finance company hadn't updated their records. Had the seller not used the other service I would have just accepted what you said and not gone ahead with the purchase. Very disappointing to know that this service is not reliable.”
