“The information is not up to date, i called the dealers and they confirmed the finance debt had been paid off. And sent me the certificate for it. I’m glad it did flag it up but would have been 5/5 if that was up to date”

“I think I have been charged twice over. I bought five checks from you at 19.95 but you have also charged me a further 19.99 for a single check. I need a refund of the single check. Should have been covered by one of the five checks.”

Hi Joshua Thanks for using My Car Check. You'll be able to print to PDF from the website. Please log back in to your account, in My Garage > My Checks select the paid report you want to print. Once the report is loaded, click on the burger menu in the top left corner and you'll see the option to print. We'll look to make this more obvious in the future when using a mobile. “I had already carried out a HPI check but my brother recommended MCC. Which I must say I am very pleased that he did . as the report contained more in-depth information and was delivered in a professional and easy to read format. It also provides you with buyer/ seller contract which anyone would appreciate. MCC would always be the company I recommend!”
