“I had problems online so I called them. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My car check gave me all the information I needed in order to make my purchase with confidence. The report on my car was given to me verbally within minutes and I was also sent an email.”

“Very easy and quick to use, being able to use PayPal meant there was no faffing about with bank cards etc, was stood next to the car and did a quick check on my phone before we agreed to buy! Second hand cars are often a bit of a gamble, this facility just gives a little extra piece of mind!”

“Paid for cheapest. Disappointed that it didn't let me know what road tax it's liable for and if it's got any finance outstanding. First is probably freely available and the second is one of the main reasons for using this site.”
