“Used it a couple of times now when looking to buy a car. Good value. Only complaint is that it only gives you the last four digits of the VIN number. I presume this is for privacy reasons but some other sites give the full VIN number.”

“Very simple to complete and immediate delivery .... but flagged up outstanfing finance with 'do not proceed with the purchase of this vehicle'. Heated words with seller followed as seemed illegally selling car he did not own. Both myself and seller paid for additional HPI reports and both came back clean. I did not proceed with purchase as element of doubt remained. Phone number to mycarcheck invalid, sent urgent email. Got reply a day later that info was out of date and no finance owed but by this time vehicle had been sold to spmeone else. Furious as this inaccurate report cost me a good vehicle. Got a £9.99 refund but still £19.99 out of pocket for extra report. I thought rhey all used same database but obviously not. Never again , will pay a bit extra for more reliable company. Very poor performance with big implication for myself. Buyer beware, you have been warned !!”

“Your information you hold on my vehicle is incorrect and not in line with the trades recognised HPI database, which shows my vehicle is all clean in all respects. You have cost me 2 potential sales of my vehicle. Thank you very much, and to add insult, I paid you £9.99. *don't trust the information given* Go with the trade recognised database.”

“The only thing that you give extra but in you add you make seem to be part of your £1.99 offer but isn’t (Clever wording) is the HPI check the rest I can find out for free on various Websites. Value for money out of 10 is (1)”
