Hi Nicholas We've still not heard back from you so in the meantime we just wanted to let you know that the JAN2020 promo code specifically excludes our 20 Comprehensive Bundle. This is likely the reason why you are having difficulties using the code. The 20 bundle is already extremely competitively priced at 20 comprehensive checks for £59.99 (less than £3 per check) due to this we've excluded this from the promotion. “Mostly good, but in the report, you reference a 'Vehicle Purchase Receipt' (Initialised) and I've tried to ask you several times (unsuccessfully) if this is a specific reference to what is in the vehicle logbook, or something you produce or just any receipt provided by the vendor. A simple email contact or even a phone number would have helped - but you evidently believe that you've thought of everything anyone could want to ask you.”

“It was very quick and easy and it helped us to decide whether or not to go ahead with the purchase of the vehicle. We discovered the vehicle was a cat S write off and never proceeded. Very helpful.”
