“I also had a concern about the magazine subscription. The customer service rep was courteous and treated me fairly. I was irritated when I called but was pleased when I was listened to and helped by the company.”
“Took about 11 days to receive. I did not get a shipping notice at all. Unlike others below I made a call and got answered in short time. I asked about the magazine monthly fee and she told me that I did not order a subscription which is sometimes automatic for some discount items, I don’t know. But after 9 days of hearing nothing and no shipping notice I called again, the next day she sent me a tracking number and I received the order the next day. This was for the three lasers. When ordering you have to page down and reject any other offers they make that you don’t want. I check my CC statement regularly. And if I get any unexpected charges from them I will call the CC company. Unfortunately I have not had time to fully test the product. But they were very cheap and expect they are worth what I paid. The only reason I am writing this is because I did receive the product, the did answer both of my calls and as of yet no unexpected charges.”
“Ordered 2 several months ago, received them in under 2 weeks. didn't have any trouble installing them on my AR nor Glock. The only thing I would change about them would be an option for a remote pressure switch to use on pistol grips.
Didn't sign up for the "magazine", haven't seen a charge to my bank either.”
