“It's always good when a place does exactly what they said they would, and this clinic has done exactly that. Really professional the whole way through, always contacted me on time, checked in with me every month, reassured me in the early stages when I was worried, and 9 months down the line I've got a great looking new head of hair in exactly the hair line shape I wanted. My fiance loves it and apparently the wedding photos are going to look a lot better now!”

“I would describe what I had as more of a top up rather than a full head of hair, just a few centimetres of receding in the temples, something like 1500 grafts. It still took most of the day to do, but I was comfortable and looked after all day. Surgery went well, it was 3 months in before I noticed much growing but then slowly improved month after month until there's no sign I ever receded. The clinic has been in regular contact and I can't fault the service or the price, 5 stars.”

“Happy to write a review for a company when they've done such good work. I'm 6 months on from my surgery and it's already a huge step forward on how it was. Dr AloseRt did mine at the Harrow clinic and he's done a great job. All the staff on the day were lovely and they've been checking in monthly to see how my results are going. Still a way to go before I have my final result but everything so far has been brilliant, happy to recommend them.”

“Very happy with how my surgery has turned out, I added 2000 grafts to my hairline to bring it back to where it used to be, it took a while before thickening up (just as they told me beforehand) but once it started to come through it's improved every month. Now it's looking like I never lost any hair in the first place. Doctor Munir and his nurses did my operation back in January, top work and happy to recommend him.”

“They've been really professional with me from start to finish while being really friendly at the same time. Everything was explained in detail beforehand and everything has happened as they said in the timeframe they said it would, from what would happen on the day, to recovery time, how long the swelling would last, how long the scabs take to fall off, how long before I started to see growth, how it would progress from month to month, all been spot on. I'm now at month 9, just had a review and the results are great, it's all come through in time for my wedding at the end of September. I've already had a couple of friends ask where I got it done, so I think they'll be getting some more business very soon”

“Great clinic, they've done really good work with my hair line. I had 2000 grafts to strengthen it and bring it forward to where it was in my 20's. It looks so much better, I was expecting a change but didn't appreciate just how much younger it's made me look and my wife loves it too thankfully! It hurt a lot less than expected after reading some online comments, just a little swelling and a few days rest, then a few months before it started to grow, and it hasn't stopped since. Very pleased. 5 star service.”

“Very friendly knowledgeable people who spent a long time diagnosing the reasons for my hair loss. Unfortunately I was not medically suitable for a hair transplant, but they diagnosed the condition on a video consultation that my GP had completely missed, and sent me back to my GP with the information that got me a medication I needed from the NHS without having to go private, and didn't even charge me for it!”

“This was my 2nd transplant with the clinic after I did my hair line back in 2024, this time I went in for a top-up for my crown. Same great service, looked after really well by all the staff, and if my crown comes out anywhere near as good as my hairline has then I'll be delighted! Thanks to all involved at the My Hair clinic”

“Very happy with how I've been looked after by the clinic, I've been checked in on monthly and sending them my progress photos, and the results are getting better and better as time goes on. I can't wait to see how it looks at the end of it, but so far it looks great. The surgery day and the week recovering after was a bit of a chore but everything was explained very well beforehand, and totally worth doing to get these results. For other people thinking of doing it I can only say go for it, for the money it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself.”

“I had 3000 grafts at the Manchester clinic in January and it's been one of the best things I've done, the clinic was really professional, friendly staff and Dr Munir is great (even if he did talk at 100 miles an hour! 😂) The day went really well, pain free and recovery was simple, just waiting about a week for the grafts to heal and the little scabs come off. The new hair seems to be coming through more and more every month, and it's clear the new hairline the surgeon chose was just right. Can't wait to see the final result as it's already looking great. I've recommended them to a few friends already, definitely worth it for anyone thinking about it”

“This place deserves a recommendation for how well they've looked after me from the beginning. The surgery was simple to book and went smoothly, I needed about a week to recover after, and then it's been just some regular check-ins as the new hair has slowly got thicker and thicker. It would be 5 stars for the results alone, but they've been helpful and friendly all the way through Thanks to everyone at the clinic.”

“Excellent clinic, I did a lot or research beforehand on the Harrow clinic, checked their CQC rating which was good, and had a chat with both the surgeon and the trichologist, they were very honest in their assessment, didn't try to sell anything and if anything downplayed the results instead of promising miracles. My results have actually been better than originally discussed - a year down the line no sign of my balding crown, and my self confidence has shot up. Aftercare and follow up appointments have been available whenever I have asked, and you can tell they are proud of their work. Really happy to give them a 5 star review as they've definitely earned it.”

“I had a transplant back in November 2025 with the Manchester clinic, its July now and the hair is growing thick and fast. I've been checking in with them sending my pictures monthly and you can see a big difference on progress between every picture. They've been really easy to deal with, they were sensibly priced and really happy I went with them.”

“When I was looking for a clinic, I wanted a reputable place in the UK that I could trust, that did really good work, but without paying a fortune. Thankfully 6 months down the line it's exactly what I got with this place. Everything was really professionally handled, the consultation wasn't with a sales person but a proper medical professional, there was no rushing me and went into a lot of detail about what realistic expectations would be, and talked through other non surgical options in case having surgery wasn't right for me. During the day itself the nurses were all really friendly, the hair line design was perfect for me, and the after care in the 2 weeks following answered Al my questions. I've been regularly sending in my update photos monthly and you can see the progression with it getting thicker and thicker. I'm only 6 months in but it's already looking great. So pleased I made the decision to go for it and would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of improving their hair”

“I left it a year before writing my review so I could give a proper accurate indication of how it came out, and the results are just what I wanted. The hair line has grown in fully and while it was never going to be quite as dense as my original hair (which was explained beforehand) it is a huge improvement and makes me look so much younger. It was a while ago now but I do remember the consultation being a lot more in-depth than any others and a lot less salesy, I think you can tell a lot about the level of technical expertise a person has when you talk to them and they clearly knew what they were doing and were very open about the realistic results to expect, which is why I went with them, alongside a price of just over £4k which seemed very reasonable for a UK clinic when some were asking more than £7k for the same graft numbers. They've taken care of me along the way and whenever I've wanted to go back in and chat with my surgeon they've been happy to sort it. Overall a very good place to do business with which is exactly what you want”

“Very happy with my transplant 6 months down the line, I've just had my follow up with Dr Munir, density is getting better and better every month and I love the look of the new hairline, it's definitely knocked a few years off how old I look. I was considering flying to Turkey to get this done but really happy I found a decent clinic in the UK that has really looked after me at a sensible price. The quality of the service and results have both been as good as I could possibly have expected, so while I don't normally leave reviews I'm happy to in this instance!”

“Its a year since my procedure, the results took a few months to start to appear but have been impressed with just how good it looks now I have the final results. The surgery itself took most of the day, but the doctor (Dr Shuaib) was really friendly. The clinic have been there answering any questions any time I've asked without pestering me, and overall really happy with how it's turned out, I've recommended them to a few friends in need of their services already! Well worth doing if you are considering it.”
