“2 weeks on from my surgery at the clinic in Harrow and it's all gone so well, I came down to London the night before, stayed in the Premier Inn at the end of the same road for the 2 nights before and after as you can't drive after the procedure, met another guy in there who was also having his hair transplant same day as me. The day went very smoothly, decided on the hair line shape I wanted with the doctor, and went for something as natural looking as possible. The anaesthetic injections stung a little but werent as bad as expected, and the rest of the day flew by. I felt a bit light headed afterwards so it was good that they called me next day to check up on me and make sure I understood the aftercare instructions, then they've kept in touch on whatsapp and and questions I've had they've got back to me straight away. There was some swelling for a few days, and in the last couple of days all my little scabs have come off and it looks great! It's all healing well and I can't wait to see what it's going to look like once it's fully grown. Great service so far, really happy!”

“My beard transplant has progressed really nicely, it's always been a bit patchy and I wanted to be able to grow it properly without it looking terrible. I've just had my 6 month review with Dr Mir and short answer is now I can grow the beard I want. It took a few months to get going after the transplant, but I could tell straight afterwards it was going to be the right shape. The day of my operation was really relaxed and once my face was numbed with the injections it was really just a case of laying back and letting the experts do their job, it took about 6 hours with a lunch break, then I had about 10 days off for it to heal up at home. Once the scabs were off I had a bit of redness in my face for another week then you couldnt tell anything had been done after that. Fast forward 6 months and it's spot on, and Dr Mir has said theres more thickening to come, really pleased and it cost me only a couple of hundred more than I was quoted from a place in Turkey once the flights were added on, but I was back home by 6pm, cant argue with that.”

“Nice and simple to arrange, very good communication both before in explaining exactly what would happen, and afterwards on follow ups checking I was okay and answering my queries, easy to get to for me in the centre of Manchester, and most importantly they did exactly what they said and have given me my hair back, really excellent results that have got me a lot of compliments and people asking where I got it done. If I could give any advice it would be take some wireless headphones and listen to some podcasts or audiobooks as there's not a lot to do during the surgery day. Very pleased I made the decision to go for it and happy to recommend the clinic they've done a really good job.”

“My surgery was done at the Manchester clinic back in October 2025 and 6 months on it is really starting to come through nicely. They did explain it wouldn't start to show until about month 4 and would continue from there and that's been exactly right, I'm taking photos monthly to compare and it's getting thicker every month. The plan was to get it done in time to be looking good for my 40th in August and at this rate the way it looks is going to be unrecognisable compared to last year. It's been well worth the couple of weeks recovery time, very happy overall, thanks to all involved.”

“Really happy with my transplant results from the My Hair clinic in Harrow, it's been just over 7 months but it already looks great depsite them telling me it takes about a year for the final results. They gave me loads of info beforehand and rang me again the day before to remind me exactly what to expect on the day, and then despite me having to change my surgery date last minute due to some family issues they accommodated me without any fuss. The day went really quickly, I will warn anyone thinking of surgery that the numbing injections sting a bit, but they only took a couple of minutes and were the only bit that stings, and the whole rest of the operation was painless all day. They checked in with me several times during the healing time, and have always got back to me to answer questions whenever I've asked. Overall I'm over the moon, got a great result and didn't have to pay the silly prices some of the fancier looking Harley Street clinics were wanting!”

“It's been just over a year since my FUE transplant at the Manchester clinic, I've left it a while before writing a review so I can see the full results, and long story short they've been brilliant. I had 3000 grafts to cover the front part of my head, and its completely changed how I look and feel. I think when you go into these things you always hope its going to make a difference and it's a huge improvement. For anyone thinking about a hair transplant here I'd just say go for it, best thing I've ever done for myself.”

“I had 2500 grafts to fix my receding hairline in July 2025 with Doctor Munir at the Manchester clinic on Deansgate and 9 months later looking back on my old pictures I forgot just how bad it looked, my hair is now 1000% better than it was. It took a few months before I started to see new growth but after that it's gotten thicker and thicker every month, it's made such a big difference. I'm recommending this place to anyone who asks, no idea why you'd go to Turkey when this is on your doorstep!”

“Very professional service right from the start, my consultation was by video call as I'm in Cornwall so would have been a distance to travel, and despite that it was really detailed and went into absolutely everything I could think of, they didnt try and over-sell it and went into all the downsides too. The surgery day was very relaxed like visiting a dentist rather than a hospital trip, I stayed in the Premier Inn overnight which is handily almost next door to the clinc, and Dr Mir made sure I got just the right hairline shape I wanted. Afterwards they have been brilliant getting back to me and making sure all my questions have been answered, and I'm looking forward to seeing my new thicker hairline as it starts to grow through. So far a very positive experience.”

“I had my beard fixed with Dr Shuaib last autumn and it just shows what 6 months can do, it has gone from patchy thin and very little growth on both sides of my face to a full joined up beard. It was something that always bugged me, and looks so much better now. Really glad I did it and very happy with how well they looked after me during my surgery and afterwards. Top work!”

“I had my hair transplant done at the Manchester clinic a couple of weeks ago, the girls there who looked after me were all fantstic (sorry I can't remember everyones names!) really friendly and looked after me and chatted the whole day. A big thank you to Doctor Munir who was very professional, and while it's still early days it has healed nicely right on time for me to go back to work and I cant wait to see the results and get my hairline back for my wedding later this year - I'm now going to look good in the photos!”

“I've just had my 2nd surgery with the London clinic and both times they've been excellent. Dr Shuaib has done mine both times and after seeing the fantastic job he did for my hairline I've just been back to fill in my bald patch on my crown. Really simple to arrange both times and having a Premier Inn 50 metres away has been really useful too! Aftercare has been there whenever I needed it and overall a really professional service.”

“A good friend suggested this clinic as his transplant there a couple of years ago had given him great results, and 9 months on after my own procedure I'm happy to say my own hair is now looking just as good, so that's 2 happy customers! They've been very honest about what to expect, helped me when I had a little anxiety on the day, and the surgery wasn't painful at all. Considering some other places wanted to charge me well over £7k for the same procedure, what it cost was a bargain to get my hair back looking this good. Well worth speaking to if you need help with hair loss.”

“So I am 9 months on from my transplant at the London clinic, and my hair looks so much better, it's a massive improvement on where I was last year with a heavily receeding hair line, now Its back to where it used to be in my 20's. They're right when they say it makes you look younger, I've had positive comments saying just that. Getting the whole thing set up was really simple, everything was clearly explained and definitely feel looked after, any time I've had a question they came back to me same day. One of the best things I've done.”

“Excellent service and support from My Hair UK, I'm 6 months in and everything has gone exactly as planned, very reassuring to know just what I was told during the consultation in terms of how the surgery would work, how long the healing process would be, what to expect and the time it would take to start coming through has been spot on, and I'm getting more and more new hair growth every month. “I flew in from Dublin due to the lack of quality surgeons locally and also the prices in Manchester were much more affordable than in Ireland. Really glad I did as doctor Munir has given me exactly what I wanted in terms of a natural hairline and plenty of density. His technicians on the day were really friendly, and Daniel was great with continuing contact and answering all my questions on how to complete the aftercare. “I've had a receding hairline for about 10 years now and been wanting to do something about it for several years but never plucked up the courage. After speaking to a few clinics I went with My Hair UK mainly because of how really in depth the consultation was, we talked through all sorts of different possible treatments (including quite a few the clinic didnt offer) to really see what might be most effective for me, and I finally bit the bullet and had my procedure in August last year. 8 months later and I think its got to be be best decision I've made for myself, the improvement has been fantastic, and my hairline is back to where it was but still appropriate for my age as that was really important for me. ( I didn't want to look like a 17 yr old with an over-straight hairline). I'm told there is still further thickening to come but it already looks great, and for anyone thinking of doing this but is unsure I'd say go for it, a days minor surgery and a couple of weeks downtime is a very small price to pay for how much better this will make you look and feel. A big thank you to all involved with my surgery!”
