“Do NOT waste your money on MyArcadePlugin! I purchased their Managed Arcade Hosting on January 15, 2025, and it has been a nightmare from day one. The hosting is slow, unreliable, and completely useless. Their so-called plugin doesn’t even work! It failed to fetch games from GameMonetize, GameDistribution, and Wanted 5 Games, showing constant errors like decoding failures and connection timeouts.
When I realized how terrible this service was, I emailed them for a refund on January 21, 2025, well within their 14-day refund policy. Guess what? ZERO response. Not a single reply! This company is unresponsive, unprofessional, and downright a scam.
They don’t deliver what they promise and then ignore you when you ask for your money back. Stay FAR AWAY from MyArcadePlugin if you value your time and money. Absolute worst purchase I’ve ever made.”
“I bought the plugin and theme - there are issues and no support at all. I got a reply from someone from support once through their Facebook account once because I said that the purchasing on the site was not working just to see their reaction. I'm still using the theme and plugin; until now I haven't faced any major issue to discard the theme and plugin completely, else this rating would have been a one star. My Arcade Plugin team or person seems to be active only when they need to promote the product for Black Friday or something similar.”
