“I bought the plugin and theme - there are issues and no support at all. I got a reply from someone from support once through their Facebook account once because I said that the purchasing on the site was not working just to see their reaction. I'm still using the theme and plugin; until now I haven't faced any major issue to discard the theme and plugin completely, else this rating would have been a one star. I plan on using Gameleon in the future - they seem to be slightly better with the support.
My Arcade Plugin team or person seems to be active only when they need to promote the product for Black Friday or something similar.”
